    I just received my note 10.1 back from Samsung for repairs to defective pixels. Now it is shutting down completely during use. Any ideas? I'll try customer service but I don't want to send it back again if possible ...I was without it for over 2 weeks and it felt like months.
    Thanks...I am not a novice but not really knowledgeable.. I am 66 yo female trying to play catch up with tech stuff.

    Sounds like they messed something else up while repairing the dead pixels. If that continues i'd probably start requesting a brand new unit as a replacement if they wont fix it right. It's nonsense to have to continually return it for 2 week long repairs.
