GPS Dead since Samsung re-flashed ?

I have always used 2 apps GPS status and GPS test. I don't know if it's something to do with the new router I had to setup a few weeks back but now not either of these apps will find any GPS sats as they did before Samsung 'repaired' the 10.1

My old Samsung S2 mobile works fine with these apps so did Samsung forget to reconnect the GPS part or is it some s/w glitch which has killed all GPS sensors etc ?

Does or did my ISP send out some sort of GPS data which the apps need ?
