Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 automatically disables wifi and enables it again every 5-10 seconds

Dear all,

this morning my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition started behaving very strange by disabling wifi and enabling it again every 5-10 seconds (yes, I am not kidding). I restarted it a couple times, same thing with my router.

Frustrated as I was, I wanted to reset it but the problem about the wifi remains open already during the re-newed setup phase. I fear it might be a hardware problem but wanted to double-check here.

PS: I don't know the exact Android version but I kept it up to date

You might try to 2014 forum there's more users there this is the 2012 note forum.

That said, ensure you don't have avoid poor connections checked in WiFi settings, I doubt it since you said that WiFi itself turns off and not the connection to your router.
