Have virus and can't change off of virus's screen. Samsung note 10

Have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 with some stupid virus and it won't let me switch off of the virus''s add thing. Can't open settings can't get onto home page, can't do anything. Any ideas welcome.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you able to boot into Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-14280. If so, then try uninstalling apps from there, then reboot back into normal mode, and see if the behavior continues. Or you could do a factory reset, then reinstall apps one by one to see if the behavior returns.
