Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 GT-N8013 Won't Reboot, what can I do?

Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 GT-N8013 Won't Reboot

Ok did search and found the same thing over and over. Here it is again for this Tablet.

Stuck on the splash screen.
Cannot reboot to hard reset (Power + vol up).
I can get into odin (Power + vol down).
Got Jelly Bean 4.1.2
Got Odin v3.10
Updated the firmware 3 x's still stuck on splash screen.
Got Kies. did the firmware upgrade and initialization. but got the message "the GT-N8013 doesn't support initialization"

When doing Odin isn't it suppose to do a hard reset?

Is there anything else other than paying Samsung to repair this pad?
