I would be all for this if they could integrate it with the galaxy watches, but seeing as their watches don't use Android I guess it's just a pipe dream.

Well, that would be wonderful. To get Samsung to use Google Assistant instead of Bixby? I'd like to see that happen...

I use Google Assistant anyway so it doesn't matter if they push it or Bixby, at least not to me.

Bixby is still mainly a device assistant to me and Google a web assistant so they can live happily together in the same device as far as I am concerned.

The other thing is they like Samsung phones focus more on google services and apps , so kinda trying get Samsung to scale back on their app store and apps .

Considering that Samsung do fridges and cookers etc.. I don't think they'll drop Bixby as a Samsung product assistant, if Samsung also is buying Philips small appliances division there even more devices Bixby can yap away to.

Agreed. Android is all about having choices. I don't see anything wrong with how they have it now.

nope. I don't see the need on the phone. I do have a set of google home speakers but that is as far as it goes.

Yeah Bixby has its place amongst the "assistants" though i don't use it on my GN10+ only Google's because if i ask it to do things specifically to the phones OS it works! Yeah me thinks one digital assistant is enough!
MIKE DEE - a triple header guy too? Nice... "Bixby, closer shave please" ✌
