    Hi all. I have a N10+ 5G (Verizon) and my city has some 5G areas that I can't seem to find while in those locations but others with 5G phones can (I saw the 5G designation on their phone). When I look online at the settings other folks have on their 5G phones, I notice that my settings under "Mobile Network" don't look the same as there is no 5G setting under my "Network Mode". A screenshot is below.

    Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    There is no 5G special setting on Verizon. It's possible you need an update to receive 5G

    No updates that I can find on the carrier (Verizon) side. I'm at a loss as to why my 5G enabled phone won't connect to available 5G networks. Frustrating.

    Hi, how old your sim ? You can try resetting your network, go settings >general management >reset >reset network.

    Have you contacted Verizon?

    If you are referring to Nationwide 5G it might not be available for your device. According to the link below your device only supports UltraWide band 5G. I would call Verizon to confirm.

    Thanks for the link, Mike Dee. It appears I'm one of many VZW customers with this specific issue, and it seems as though relief is not on the horizon.
