    Do this through PC , skip Mac for now .

    You have the international version ?
    Put check mark only on video and photos the rest don't check them off and choose back up then see what happens

    If I unslect everything apart from videos and images it gives me this message and it I unplug and plug back in and back up again with only videos and images selected it gives me the same message again in a loop

    Have you tried different cables and ports on the computer? Might also try reinstall the drivers in settings of smart switch , if those don't work uninstall smart switch then reinstall again

    I've tried that now it does this. Tottaly odd because settings are shown both in the backed up and not backed up list and it's only backed up apps made by Samsung. It's totally bizzare

    Yeah shows on one your screen is back up and other not lol crazy
    Maybe a glitch in the smart switch application , but verify in show details also

    One other thing , I do back up.with photos , document through cloud also like Google photos but another thing if you have a SD card you can back up up through settings smart switch that way also , it's good to have in multiple places Incase one fails
