Buffering

[Android Central Question]

Since the last phone update my YouTube videos dont go over 360p before starting buffering every 10 seconds on My Samsung Note 10+, I've tried to used my Mobile data and my WiFi, does anyone else having the same problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Try clearing the app cache/data for YouTube in Settings>Apps

does it go over 360p if you manually change the quality?
clear cache and data for YouTube and see if that fixes it
