    I finally picked up my Pre-Ordered Blue AT&T phone from Best Buy yesterday!! I got the email late Thursday night. I was holding my breath waiting for the email since the order status had not changed (until the email came) YAY?

    So the Good News. I have my phone! The bad news... I didn't think they could mess things up worse than they had, but I was WRONG!

    I go in, the same sales rep that helped me start the activation of my other Note that I picked up the week before, can't find my order!! DEEP Breath... He was looking under my name, even though I gave him the name the order was under! Okay, we get the phone and he starts the activation. It's the wrong sim card he has to get a new one and call AT&T yadda yadda...

    Meanwhile, he starts the smart switch. I explained I wanted to do the customized and he says this way is better yadda yadda and he starts it the way he wanted to. When it was done we checked a few things and he said it's done. We can start the factory reset while we are still waiting on AT&T.

    About 3 hours later. I left the store. The phone connected to my car with no problem! YAY (I have read people have been having issues) I get home, I start doing the basic setup stuff and I noticed most of the applications didn't transfer over. None of my visual voicemails transferred, none of my music and none of my documents!! Thankfully anything truly important to me is backed up a few different ways! But, now I have spent all day installing apps, transferring music, data and all other things that should have been done with the SmartSwitch. And I am not even done yet. I am not sure the discount was worth the trouble! Never Again!! Until I forget and do it the next time lol

    Walked into bestbuy 3 days ago, gave them my s10 and walked out with a note 10+ easy

    FINALLY! But now I have plans all day. Going to see IT Chapter 2 & then all you can eat Lobster! Guess I will be there late tonight. <CRY> I am so excited.

    So I have a free minute at work. I got my email while I was in the shower & of course after I have set up plans to go see IT Chapter 2 with friends & then hit up Red Lobster for the all you can inhale shrimp. By the time I got done with everything (Movie & Dinner) and got to Best Buy it was 7:40 pm. I was out the door at 8:05 pm. I chatted with the same customer service rep. (Michelle) she was so excited for me since my experience was such an enigma to me/them. So other than the 2 weeks of having no clue what was going on my experience was unnerving at time but the end result was super smooth. I think the next pre order I do I will try Samsung or Verizon.

    It's different and better. Preordered my s10 from bestbuy and it never came in on launch date.

    Trust me, I know how that goes...
    The first time I pre-ordered a phone from Best Buy was the Note 7 and let's face it that was a mess from the get-go. But my Note 7 was in my hands on launch day. I did not pick up my Note 10 until September 6th... I'm not sure it was worth a hundred fifty bucks
