To be fair it's been used a bit since yesterday and the Battery is still learning usage patterns so I expect this to be at least on par with my Note 9 which I got over 2 days quite often.

6 hours SOT and 50% battery left LOL. unreal.

Just using the phone like I always do. Bit of YouTube, lots of work emails, reading and texting. Zero gaming.

But wow, that's impressive. Close to 14 hours since last charge and still have 50% battery left.Screenshot_20190824-081844_Settings.jpeg

Honestly, the battery life really really stinks. With my P30P i could use Google Maps for almost an hour and the battery would've dropped around 5%-8%.but with the Note 10+,it would drop 15%-20%...yeah i know let it be for a week so it could learn my patterns and stuff. But i dont recall doing that on my P30P...

Keep in mind too, your best battery performance might not hit until after you've broken in the battery with charging and depleting multiple times, as well as your phone settling with having all its updates done, settings configured how you like it, and no longer touching it nonstop because it's the shiny new toy

Wuuuh? Is that 5 to 8% an hour with the display on for the P30? That works out to 15 to 20 hours screen time with a resource heavy app and using power draining radios too. If that is with the screen on, respectfully seems a "tad" overstated. Even off it seems thrifty.

What i meant was. While using Google Maps for an hour. The P30P drains only 5 to 8 percent. Whereas the Note 10+ drains 15 to 20 percent.

He got you, he's just saying that if having the screen on for an hour using a heavy battery draining app only drains the phone 5 to 8%, that would mean the phone is capable of providing 15-20 hours of SOT, which doesn't sound right.

I agree on top of the kernel always takes a while to settle in.

How in the world is everyone getting such good battery life!?

Coming from my Note8 I feel like mine getting great battery life, but compared to everyone else, I feel like my experience is lacking. I have an AT&T branded device too.

on both my Note 8 and now the Note 9 about 10% battery would be 1 hour SOT with 2 hour OT roughly, if I can get the same or more from the 6.8 inch screen I'll be happy enough.
Exynos models and always in high performance mode (on the Note 9 I switched the screen to full HD)
