Right, what is going on here.
I do not see the option for Exchange Active Sync, with this new Note 10+.

Am I just missing it, or (AT&T)...?

Plus, by default, I see no Mail icon. Now there is a new Microsoft folder with Outlook. But, typically, I use Outlook for my work email, and the Mail app for my personal. With using Exchange, I get all my emails, Calendar and Contacts (Outlook.com).

    Rather confused...

Hmm, seems I might need to choose Outlook in Accounts, and then from within Outlook, there is Exchange.

Restarting my device, and testing now...

The Email app you should be able to find in the Samsung folder if not then you'll be able to install it from the Samsung Galaxy App store.

I too could not find the Microsoft exchange for my work calendar........
Did find and got things synced using Gmail exchange, go figure.
I loved my work emails separate from my personal ones but, it works.

Rather odd, I reset the device to default (factory), and started over, with no restore of old data.

Now I am able to add an account (Exchange), and everything works as expected.

    Note:
Rather odd that one had to install the Mail app, from the Samsung shop. You’d think said app would have been installed by default...

FYI - I installed the Mail app for personal, and then will use the Outlook app for work related items.

PS: with the Gmail setup, don’t you have to wait 15 minutes for email to be delivered?

No you don't, if you aren't getting immediate notifications on Gmail app then you have to exclude Gmail app from battery optimization.

Uncheck Gmail as shown below in optimize battery usage section.

Thanks for sharing. I actually do not use Gmail for email and such, but, merely since I have an Android.

Alas, this is good information for those that do use Gmail. I was under the impression that it was a default of 15 minutes to sync for Gmail. Well, clearly not...

I use the MS Outlook app for my work email and it works fine (have Email & Calendar, GAL). I use the Samsung email app for other accts and Gmail app for Gmail.

    Cheers,
    BR
