Android Central Question

I have the Note 10+. I'm trying to set up custom SMS sounds. I'm using the default messages app. In most cases it works perfectly. But for some reason when I set up one for Twitter it looks fine but not only does it not use the default SMS sound but it uses the default notification sound. The number for Twitter is of course 40404. Now in contacts it shows up as 404-04. I can't get rid of the dash. Normally I'd just use Next SMS but it doesn't work with Bixby and the galaxy buds. I'm not sure what else to try.

The dash is screen formatting - the number isn't stored with it. But some shortcodes just may not work.
