Just received the September patch on my unlocked Galaxy Note+ 512GB here in Dubai.
Kind of nice Samsung are keeping up with these security patches quickly I was expecting it to come towards the middle of the month.

Thanks for the info. I have an unlocked phone so I don't expect to see it anytime soon. I could be wrong though.
Why wouldn't you? I think you will get it sooner than later. Just keep checking. I wasn't notified of the update, I got it when I manually checked.
The exact reason that I traded in my unlocked Note 9 for a Sprint Note 10+
Yep just had this on my unlocked UK Note 10+
An audio update also included.
Why? For both the Note 10 and Note10+, for both the carrier and the unlocked model, T-Mobile released the ASH4 firmware, with the Aug 1 security patch, on Aug 20 or 21. And even the phone's original firmware used Android 9.0, not Android 8.0.I'm still on 8.0 with a July 1 security patch with [T-Mobile]
I have a S8 Active and they've left it off the upgrade to 9.0 upgrade list, and updates are few and far between. Why? and the exact reason I upgraded my Sprint Note 8 for an unlocked 10+. so very tired of the useless carrier bloat and incompetent updates. I may regret it later, but we'll see.
Hope it improves for you. When I traded in my Note 9 it still had not received the update that included the Night mode in the camera.

When Samsung releases a patch, it'll take forever to reach the million firmware variants they have through out the world. So it eventually get to you in couple of monthsI'm still on August version - checking for updates says I am up to date.
