Any idea why SideSync is Not available for Note 10?

You probably don't need either one now that there's DeX/Link to Windows. Unless you're syncing with a tablet.

But Link To Windows really sucks. All I want is a little rectangular window on my PC that has the screen of the phone - and nothing else. Why can't these assh_les leave well enough alone?

It's really limited. I mainly use sidesync to transfer files back and forward from my PC to phone or phone to PC. The link stuff doesn't do that yet.

if we plug it into our computers with a usb cable it still recognizes though, right? I didn't use sidesync normally, I just plugged in and transferred what I needed straight over. that's all I care about for access. windows can take a flying leap...

It's not bad, it's not designed to transfer files. It's designed to let you send and receive texts using your laptop/desktop. You can see photos and mirror your phone's screen. It also sends notifications.

I use it daily for the texting capability.

Yes. USB is the best and quickest easy to transfer files.

That's too much for me now. It's faster for sure but it's easier to transfer files to my network drive and back than attaching cables.

Also, samsung flow allows you to reply to text messages, but you can't initiate them.

I just use Solid Explorer to move files back and forth via WiFi over my network.
