I'm using Mint mobile (MVNO that uses T-Mobile network) and I have problems with dropped calls due to poor signal in part of my home. The big problem I have is WiFi calling works intermittently, the phone is automatically changing my WiFi preferences to prefer mobile network, and then the other major issue I'm having is texting....messages fail to send but the recipient gets the same message multiple times....or the message says it was sent and the recipient never received it.

I posted a thread about my disappointment with this device. I have pre-ordered the Pixel 4 XL today and will be getting rid of this device. Its useless if it can't perform basic functions expected of a phone....especially one at this price point.

I'm unlocked on Verizon and experience drop calls frequently in my house. Wi-fi calling seems to help. Didn't have that issue with my S10+.

Had to call verizon on the phone to turn on wifi Calling.
Seems the government wants you to setup 911 address and everything on your phone before wifi Calling will work.

    If everything else fails.
    Take it to your carrier.

    Good Luck.

Yup. It happens in weak areas, the s10+ did the same thing. Note 9 no dropped calls in same area.

You could be caught in between 2 tower areas.
Or trees are moving when the wind blows.

    Call your carrier.

The note 10 and the s10+ are known to have noticeably weaker signal.

No. I’m using a iPhone pro max now and it’s flawless but I still feel like I want the Note. Especially now that the not is $500 less then the pro max. I’m just insecure anout some thing the note does

No, those 2 phones drop the calls every time in bad areas that the note 9, S9, and older versions do not drop the calls. The S10 and note 10 series have worse antennas or something, it's not a carrier thing. I've seen several complaints from all carriers from ones that are willing to admit there's a signal issue.
