I mentioned both Nexar, and weak signal earlier. Not sure that's the answer the OP wants.

The tower has yet to be fixed yet. Nexar only runs when I'm driving my car,syncs to the cloud then closes.

I only use it to post certain pictures and then I disable it when finished. for reading, viewing, liking I use desktop for the ad blocking. can't take the onslaught of ridiculous ads.

It will show your signal , on wifi or data
Give it full 24 hours to report stat from 100 percent that way we can diagnose correctly like how you did with stock battery built in monitor.

My battery was pretty bad after the first 3 days with my Note10+. Then after about a week from there, it improved greatly. I did have to wipe and only restore contacts, calendars, and messages. Everything else I had to reinstall manually. My main issue was Android System app. I have also basically disabled a good majority of my apps from running in the background.

90% of the time during the dust me im not near wifi so Mobile data has to be used.

If you use data more then wifi especially 90 percent of the time then your battery I would say be like your stats.
