Why, what was the rush?

Counting the update currently rolling out, the unlocked Note10 has been through four firmware versions--the original plus three updates--in the month and a half that it's been out. What rate of updates do you desire if that rate is insufficient?I just like getting updates. Not as often as OnePlus but more often th[a]n the current rate.
Not at all. One recent example: the unlocked Note9 (N960U1) advanced from CSF1 (June security patch) to CSF9 (July security patch) on July 30 of this year, while the carriers stayed on CSF1 until mid-August.1st time unlocked gets updates before carriers.
I'm surprised that there isn't a notice when it's just sitting thereNice. XD.
So do you think they are bypassing the carrier or just getting the carrier's blessing quickerUnlocked US on T-Mobile but nothing still. Checked multiple times. Sam mobile has an article about this. 1st time unlocked gets updates before carriers.

They may be pushing this one faster to cover the zero-day vulnerabilities.

Yeah I'm pretty sure this is case otherwise we wouldn't see an update til later in the month. Glad they're on top of it. My AT&T N10+ hasn't gotten it yet but I'm sure it'll be any time now.
Is there a current zero-day vulnerability other than CVE-2019-2215? That one hasn't been shown to afflict the Note10s, as far as I know. And it's not fixed until the Oct 6 security patch, according to Android's documentation:They may be pushing this one faster to cover the zero-day vulnerabilities.
