What is good app for provideo mode?

I am wonder about buying Samsung Galaxy Note 10, because ultra vide camera, but if any app don't work with it like was earlier pro camera-mode, I wil not not buy it. Especially controlling shutter speed, f-number, and ISO for myself crusial.

I paid for the Moment Pro app. Super intuitive UI and they have YouTube videos explaining how to use it if you need more help. It actually works better than Samsung's Pro mode when they used to have it. I even like it for the Pro Photo mode vs Samsungs.
