Hi

I have tried everything to fix this issue but it has been persistent for more than a week now. Have tried restricting background activity, forced stop, turned off sync etc...

Any help guys 🥴🤔

Is it possible to Disable the Samsung Cloud app? Also, have already tried wiping the cache partition?

Are you using Samsung Cloud actively? If not, try clearing its app cache/data as well, and then don't touch it.

Once you clear data, cache and force stop it , you wont know if it good until the next reset of battery cycle.

Does it tell you that sync is complete, or does it look like it's hung up on syncing one or two photos or notes? Perhaps one of the files is corrupt and is causing problems with the sync process, making it work continuously?
