    So my S-pen was stuck in the silo of the phone,
    I bought it from Best Buy back around release month. Best Buy would not do warranty repair or send to Samsung for warranty repair because I didn't have the Geek Squad insurance. I mailed the phone to Samsung the Monday after Thanksgiving and today I got the email saying they are shipping it back and repair is complete.

    Original Problem:

    Problem found:
    S-PEN/HOVERING FUNCTIONAL FAILURE - CAMERA FAILURE - S-PEN/HOVERING FUNCTIONAL FAILURE

    Solution:
    REPLACED LCD - REPLACED COMPONENT

    Samsung support told me 5-7 days to repair and 3-5 days shipping there and 3-5 days back!

    So they have to replace the screen to get to the pen, that would have been expensive if not under warranty

    I agree, I wonder if they broke the screen trying to get the S-Pen out and then had to replace it!.

    On a side note I wonder if they will put the factory screen protector film back on since it's a new screen?

    I had pulled it off due to scratching it and catching the S-Pen nib.

    Got the Note 10+ back from Samsung today!

    Haven't open the box yet! I'll post pics and let y'all know of they put the factory screen protector back on!!

    So the replaced the S-pen, Screen and the 12M Af Camera!😄

    And yes they put the Factory screen protector on!!
