Android 10 update issue

I received my new Note10+ yesterday (running Android 9). I went through all of the steps to transfer everything from my S10÷ (running Android 10) to my new phone.

Everything looked fine. Everything transferred, apps,contacts, text messages, etc.

I then was prompted to install Android 10 on my new Note 10.

After the install it had wiped everything and was back to square one. Stock Android 10. No data, apps, etc.

Luckily I hadn't wiped my old phone yet so I had to repeat the whole transfer process again.

Thanks for the heads up. Just this morning I thought of doing a full back up once my update comes in (probably January). Which region are you in?

I just updated my Note 10 plus to official Android 10.. Was very smooth no issue... Dint loose any data... Iam a beta tester.. Even beta version worked really well
