How do I install the settings from the zip file from ScottsROMs?

why are you trying to do that? I didnt have to do anything when I installed mine. I did a complete data wipe and started fresh. Also, Did you unzip the 1.5 rom file from scottsroms?

On the Scotts website, it just says apn update for the first 75 downloaders, so I dl'd it....Is it just for the 1.5 update? I haven't installed, or changed anything since my last flash. It's more curiosity than anything else.

It does say that but when I downloaded it was at near 700 downloads. There was an issue when he first released it. Those apn setting are only for the ones who downloaded it before he fixed it. So basically this shouldn't include us.
