Accidentally hit dowload on reboot of newly rooted Galaxy Note2

I am new to a rooted phone and try to upload themes and extras, currently running clean ROM latest version, I hit downloading on my reboot on accident, now it is telling me not to turn of device and I have the android target up, is it safe to pull the battery? to my knowledge there is nothing to be downloaded.

Should be able to hold the power button down and it will reboot. That message is very important if sending something via Odin but since your not battery pull or long press power button is fine.
