Note 2 Stuck on "SAMSUNG" screen

Good Day Guys:

I would like to copy my files (documents, videos) from internal 'SD' on My Note 2 (GT N7100) however it is stuck on the "SAMSUNG" screen during boot. Can you guys recommend any PC software to copy the files from internal SD to PC or internal SD to external SD.

Cant do it without power on. Might be able to do it in recovery. Id suggest you figure out how to get it to boot before worrying about mem transfer.
