Problems with getting Multi-window update

Just received the Galaxy note 2 from Negrielectronics. Great little device.

I see that the note received the update for the Mult-window feature. I search for updates with no apparent updates. On Samsung Kies it says that I have the latest firmware.

I appreciate the input, and your patience

Not the OP, but I haven't gotten the multi view update either and it says I have the latest updates installed. This is my current firmware:

I can't say for others, but I know the UK phones have this update.

Where did you get your phones from?

The fw is have is ALJ1

I just got the update now! So I suppose just check again if it didn't appear for you.

If you got OTA while the loading the phone for the 1st time while on Wi-Fi that wasnt the actual multi-window update you need to connect to KIES and Update thats where the update is, also when you fired up the first time it should have prompted you to select software update location, i had tons of locations looks like i can change to the one i want so i choose USA and nothing switched to UK and got OTA notification.

I have got the same Hong Kong version but multi-window won't work with the latest firm neither.

I installed KIES but it says I've got the latest version....

Just download a firmware from sammobile and flash via Odin. All the Note 2 International are the same.
