Samsung site Note II vids don't play

Each time I attempt to play a demo vid on the Samsung site, the white spinner rotates (as if it's loading) but no vid begins. Eventually, I right-clicked the screen and discovered it's a JW Player which google results identify as a product of LongTail Video.

Has anyone else ever heard of this? Do you know anything about this?

6 vids are on this page. Do they work for anyone else?

P.S. Samsung has a LOT of short instructional vids for USC, Sprint, and Tmobile Note IIs available now! And these videos play on my puter.

if you right click, then go to about you can download the plug in....pretty lame if you ask me

Ya, saw the option to download the player; however, yes, lame is definitely the correct description. I thought perhaps I was missing something really obvious or that my uverse wasn't downloading the vid.

They work fine on my computer. A macbook pro.

ps I watched the video on the accessories. The dock/charger and wireless hub look pretty cool!

Perhaps it's my chrome browser . . . I'm definitely a windows puter person though
