S voice sometimes stops working

Hi guys, just joined the forum after i got my Note 2

I'm loving this thing so far but one problem: the S-voice feature randomly stops working after a while

when I double click home button to activate it, it says ' i couldn't hear that, please speak it again' before it even gives me a chance to say anything. The mic button just stays in green mode and never blue. If I hit the mic button again i get the same message right away without even trying to hear anything.

If i restart the phone or go to app manager and clear data on s-voice it starts to work again normally, but it's still very annoying (the latter method forces me to go through tutorial everytime i clear data) I've looked around and no one else seem to have this issue so i'm wondering if it's just my phone that's faulty. Anybody experiencing this? Any suggestion would be welcome

I have the same problem, which means I can't use voice dialing with my bluetooth headset.

That's my only complaint. Don't like the lack of BT functions
