I'm having an issue with my GN 2 not detecting my wireless 'N' network...it's finding my wireless 'G' network just fine and all my other devices can see my 'N' network.

Using a Netgear WNDR 3300.

Is there a setting I'm missing on the GN 2?

Mine is picking up and connecting to my N wireless router without any issue. It detects both bands as well. Have you tried a restart of phone and router?

I'll bet you almost anything that you're connecting to either a 2.4Ghz Wireless-N SSID or you're connecting to a 5.0Ghz Wireless-A SSID.

Restarted phone and router + changed settings to strict 2.4Ghz from 2.4+5.0 to see if that helps.

Running speedtest to see what kind of speeds I'm getting now.

I HAVE A POTENTIAL FIX FOR YOU
I've been searching forums where people are having the same issue, and pasting my directions below. I had the same damn disgusting issue!!

ATTENTION! Jelly bean 4.2.1 BREAKS WIFI on Galaxy Note 2 ! DOn't install it!
If you already installed it, and your wifi is broke. Install these two very popular programs below. They fix the wifi. Don't ask me why, but it worked for us. I found it on another forum.

Thanks for the update on this. When you say 4.2.1 breaks Wifi, you mean like if I flashed a ROM that is 4.2.1+ and went back to 4.1.x it will still be broken? Just curious. Especially since the Galaxy Note 2 doesn't officially have 4.2.2 yet.
