These are a bit more interesting , but the search for mw seems to be less exciting than it used to be - I personally find that the latest apps that came out are not as interesting or useful as the first ones . Also , the larger devs do not appear to be as interested in adapting their apps

I agree that less apps are being given the feature going forward. Many of the popular apps/devs have either already added MW or are probably not going to. Samsung made some improvements to MW on the Note 3 that may bring more devs to add the feature. These improvements can be seen here:

Hopefully, we'll see these improvements on the older devices as well.
