Is the Note 2's Mali 400MP clocked higher than the S3?

I am only wondering this because you see the Note 2 scoring higher in Antutu on GPU than the S3? But they both have the same GPU and I thought they had the same clock, is this true?

Could it be a bottleneck with the different cpu's? Dual core vs a quad core, I know, at least in computers, a cpu can bottleneck a gpu. But the scores are higher, I think I read somewhere that its clocked a little higher.

The thinfg is overclocked my s3 to 1.6ghz but in antutu the note 2 gpu scores 5500 but my s3 gets a max of about 5000?

Ive read a few comparisons between the S3 and the N2 mosr said they have the same gpu, thr Mali 400MP, yet its slightly clocked higher on the Note 2. But how much higher I havent found yet.

People say its clocked at 533mhz on the S3, and I found it can be clocked up to 700mhz. However I overlcocked it to around 600 and upping the voltages but it just crashes everything

I dont know what its clocked at factory but Real Racing 3 looks amazing.
