I'll be in Bhutan in May and have an adapter to fit the outlet, but it does not convert to US voltage. Most devices are OK on 240V, but I can't seem to find this information about the Note II anywhere.

    Thanks in advance for help!

The input voltage is not the primary concern. If you have a 240v to 120v adapter, that is fine, but it would be the output voltage that matters, as well as the amperage.

Most adapters can take 120-240 volts, as listed on the printed info on the adapter. But if the output voltage and amperage are too high, it could damage the device.

I am sure you can find a samsung 240v adapter for their devices, as popular as they are worldwide.

It's not wrong to fondle the s pen.

My note 2 Verizon came with a 100-240v,50-60hz charger. Read on the charger itself, I would imagine that it would support 240v as well. If it does, all you need is a plug adapter.

If in doubt, and if you will take a laptop, you could use USB charging, it would be slower, but should charge overnight with no issues.

Very rarely find a 110v only or 240v only charger these days. Modern chargers take whatever voltage you supply and convert it. Don't worry about it in other words. The charger will output the correct voltage and current.

It won't make any difference. That charger reduces the power of whatever the mains is.
