Storage is saying there is 9.12mb of downloads but downloads is empty.

I have a picture folder called downloads but only one 200kb picture is in there. Why is there almost 10mb of downloads in the storage app but I don't have any downloads in the downloads.

Edit: I connected it to my PC and found the download folder. There were a couple apk files and what I think was a couple "watch.bin" files, but I can't remember exactly what it was called. Anyway, why can't I see these normally? I guess I cleared the downloads list in android but I assumed it cleared the files too, I guess I'm dumb. Also, I remember what the apk files were but what are watch.bin files typically used for?

Are you using a downloader? That might explain the watch.bin file. The bin files could be almost anything but typically used to store app data.
