What is the difference between Quickoffice Pro and Polaris Office?

I have been using Ouickoffice Pro on my Note 2 to view and use the limited editing for my MS Office documents. It is doing everything I need for now, although the editing is limited. What would Polaris Office give me in terms of features, productivity, etc?

I use Polaris Office on my ASUS TF300T, and while it saves in .docx format and does a lot, I've noticed that when you try to take the file to the desktop, the spacing and other words become distorted.

Have you used Quickoffice Pro? I don't think I've had spacing or formatting issues going back and forth between Android - Windows 7 environments.

I have QuickOffice Basic/Free Edition. Have no problems with it whatsoever from my tablet to my Windows 7 laptop and/or my Windows XP machine.
