Just got my note 2 repaired, have a couple of questions.

Hi guys,

So earlier this week, I had my note 2 repaired under warranty because of a battery issue, which i posted about last week. Anyway long story short, I was on my way to a uni exam when i got the pick up message, so I didn't have much time to ask about the details of the repair, I was just happy to have it back.
So it says on the repair form, that the SUB FPCB was replaced and a S/W upgraded, what does all that mean? lol

S/w upgrade is software upgrade. They probably just reset the phone. The SUB FPCB... it's a something control board... assuming something to do with power

SUB= is generally referred to a "secondary" board that is mounted to the "main" board
FPCB= flexible printed circuit board.

Like SumthinNew said, they replaced the sub-flexible printed circuit board. On the Note 2 that would be the charging port/microphone flex cable.
