Ive been getting a camera failed, ive been reser the phone twice.
After few days it prompt the same thing.
How to resolve?

Did you flash a ROM? If you did, did you format system? This has happened to me before. Try this, go here and dl these file from my dropbox

Then navigate to data/cfw and drop in that folder, don't overwrite if you have them just add the one that is missing which I think will be SlimISP_ZM.bin error should be gone and working camera. If I have helped hit the thanks

seems you removed those files and put something else in.... can you upload the slimisp_xx .bin files again please?

I got it fixed by following these steps:

1. Connect your device to your laptop using data cable
2. Go to folder: Computer\SAMSUNG-SGH-I747\Phone\Applidium Image Cache
3. Delete everything in this folder
4. Go to folder: Computer\SAMSUNG-SGH-I747\Phone\Android\data\com.sec.android.gallery3d\cache
5. Delete everything in this folder
6. Restart your phone
7. Camera works
