So you're using a Galaxy Note 2?
Trying to download and use WhatsApp?
But its saying Baseband or Kernel Unsupported?

Sounds kind of strange that the radio and kernel wont support an app.
What Android Version is your Note 2? (You can find this in Settings > About Device)
