Is My Note 2 Normally operating?

Hi all

I been using my note 2 for 8 weeks.

I been reading up about note 2 and found out there are battery life issue.

I have not yet drained my battery completely yet.

I also had one incident where my handset heated up suddenly.

I have taken some screen shot to explain usage condition.




would like to hear your thoughts

I am not aware of any battery issues with the Note 2, in fact the battery life in the Note 2 is very impressive and has been widely noted as so.

I am a heavy user and charge plug mine into top it up every couple days.

I'M not a Note2 user, but I'm sure people would like more info. What exactly are your problems? Has your battery life changed drastically or has it always been like this? How many accounts (social netoworks, email accounts, apps) are syncing with your device? How often do they sync? Do you have your GPS/Location services on all the time? Do you have your screen brightness turned up, down, or on Auto brightness? All these things can affect your battery life. Also, some apps tend to use more battery than others, esp if they are not optimiized properly or poorly coded.

I only turn on GPS as I need it I only use it for once or twice a week.

I've got a galaxy note 2 and I got 39 hours on one charge on mine yesterday. I use mine light and heavy at times.

I don't see a problem with what your showing. The note2 I had did just fine. I think if there are battery issues its not a wide spread problem.

As far as heating up I don't know.. I had an otter box on mine most all the time so if it did warm up I didn't notice

That's amazingly long at the moment I am on 80% using it for 8hr 15min since the full charge. End of the day I have 40% left over. Is this normal rate?
