Samsung Galaxy Note 2 - Update issue

Note 2 is on android 4.1.1 and when i try and update it through kies or over the air it says its up to date but its not. I am with telus
Also my data is always disconnecting on me

I have a note 2 but i use cyanogenmod 10.2 It's still nightly but it works great. Are you sure touchwiz with android 4.1.2+ is out?

Did you try to do an ota update yet? (Settings->About phone->Software Update)

But the official update is only out in India, China and Hong Kong. A US Provider also have a upgrade.

Got it working just had to install 4.1.2 first then do the ota softwhere up date yay
