3rd party App Jank'n Up My GPS but Which One??? Ugh

I have a Galaxy Note II, *still*running 4.1.2, and my GPS has completely stopped working, and won't even try to locate a satellite no matter where I'm at indoors, outdoors, etc., let alone lock onto one. Ran my GN2 in safe mode and my GPS locked on to multiple satellites in less than 30 secs. Running normal: unable to find anything.. So that means it's a 3rd party app causing the problem, yes? And if so what is the best way to figure out which app is causing the issue? When this problem started, I had not downloaded any new apps in several weeks, so I can't figure out what triggered this.
Any suggestions or thoughts? Thank ya
