    Backup your data and sync your Gmail information (i.e. contacts, gmail, etc.). Go in Settings > Security > Factory Reset.

    Power off. With phone off, press Volume Up, Home Button and Power Button at the same time. When you see the Galaxy Note I I on screen, release buttons and select "wipe data/factory reset" "wipe cache" too.
