Note 2 N7100 phone- switches off on its own and sudden drain in battery

Hey

I have been having this problem with my GT N7100 note 2 phone. when the phone is in my pocket and maybe put a little bit of pressure on the phone, the phone restarts and sometimes battery drains massively all of a sudden.
Please have a look at the screenshots and please explain what could be wrong with the phone?

Have you tried a new battery?

yes i have...its not the battery.

If it happens when pressure or torque is exerted on the phone's body, then I'd wonder about some problem with the contacts or an internal connection.
