Why have the beam buttons greyed out on my Note 2 NF?

note 2 nfc and beam greyed out

Hi hope someone can help. My nfc and beam buttons are greyed out and will not turn green in the on position. I have checked the Antenna contacts on the back plate and the gold contacts are OK . Any thoughts it is running 4.42 official no modds. Pics attached.

Don't think it is your contacts. I have a third party carbon fiber cover without contacts and I can still turn NFC on and off. Try without the cover on.

Thanks for the reply . But taking the back cover off had no effect on the toggles going to green on position

I have been experiencing strange stuff with my note 2 as well. Maybe time we both upgrade to the 4.
