Why does my Play Store say no connection and when we have data services and other data apps are working?

Play store says no connection and we have data services. and other data apps are working

When you open play store it keeps saying no connection. I have data services. The internet works and weather app works. I have try resetting the phone and still say this when i open it up. I do not know what more to do.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this occur on both wi-fi and mobile data?

You might have to try clearing your hosts file in root area. I had to do this when it kept saying it can't establish a secure connection.
