Hey everyone, quick question.
I have had my Note 2 since launch day 2.5 years ago, and I have never done a factory reset. I am experiencing a significant amount of lag during normal activities and looking to improve function. I have done some minor things like cleaning up unused apps, emptying cache, trying to keep Facebook closed, etc. but without a lot of help. I'm looking to do a factory reset to see if that helps.
My main question is this -- if I do a full backup on Kies (or via other methods), do the factory reset, and then restore my phone, am I in the same boat I was before? Do I need to just back up photos/documents (most of which are already in the cloud anyway, luckily), do the reset, and individually reinstall apps? Hopefully I'm making sense.
Thanks!
