You're correct, but when putting the mask on and/or removing it, the ear loops would catch the buds and cause them to dislodge. This only happened on occasion but one time had me reaching under my car in a parking lot to retrieve one.
Yeah....I get that but I try to be extra careful when taking a mask off.

I got mine an hour ago. Brown sleeves for the bronze - pretty good match. They were wrapped in 3 plain plastic bags, one inside of another - no box or labeling. They are quite comfortable and I think decrease any sense of fatigue. I can shake my head and the buds are secure. I can even don a mask with loops over my ear without them falling out. They're a win for me.

Edit: I still have them in place and have to say they are the most comfortable buds I've ever worn.
I can't remember if you had any fit issues with them before, but do th sleev es make them more comfortable or more secure for you?

Mine always fall out and, because of this, I would never use them outside the house for fear of loosing my them.. I just spent 2 hours on the phone requesting these & and the buds fell out (or almost did) 4 or 5 times. I always have to practically shove the left one into my ear canal, which kinda defeats the purpose of this design.

They really help with falling out issues. I also changed the tip in my left one for the bigger tip and it stays put now. Can wear them out and previously my left one just wouldn't stay in.

They were only falling out when I wore them to bed, bent down to pick something up, or like I said in a previous post, when I knocked them out when putting on or taking off a mask. They feel very secure with the sleeves on with no need to push them into the ear canal.

Interesting. So you're saying that you use the sleeve on both and that you also plput the larger "tip" on the left one for an even more secure fit?

I've us d both sets of "tips," sometimes only changing out one but not the other. Neither set feels more secure, though I think I'm going gravitating toward the smaller ones.

Yes. I use the small tip with my right bud and it has always fit nicely. I think my left ear is more shallow. Even my buds+ used to fall out my left ear. I use the larger tip in my left ear and it is held in place better and sleeves on both secure the fit.

Still no Skin Caps or S-pen nibs but no complaints about the extra pair of Buds Live...
How they actually manage to dress themselves in the morning is beyond me but... Many Thanks :)

Lol, I received my bronze skin caps, enquired about the S Pen nibs and they said the same as the last 3 operatives, the new upgraded S Pen won't need new nibs and if you're having issues with the pen there is a 12 month warranty on it.

Extra pair of buds live ! Wow.

I'm still waiting for a refund for a returned N20 Ultra but they're saying the case i sent in the same box isn't there hence why no refund for the phone or case.

My reply was I'm not concerned over a £35 case when I'm owed £1000+ for the phone.

Communications from the Samsung Online Shop Team is abysmal to say the least.

Yep, I think that's a pretty fair assessment of them.

Yes you can't really complain about Samsung customer service.... Because there isn't any :)

I just called them today because the skins I had requested 2+ weeks ago still had not been received. They found the request and confirmed one that been filled, but that no further action had been taken. Finally after confirming that, they transfered me to a next level specialist who likewise confimred that no action had been taken on it.

He said he was going to assign a higher priority to it so that it would be acted on, but I am willing to bet I will be calling them later to hear how there has been no further action on the request to find out why there has been no action :)

You need to harass the hell out of them unless you get a good assistant at the start. The first thing to remember when trying to order these is that the people on the other end of the phone usually have no clue what you are on about, if they do then it's your lucky day, time to put money on the lottery :)

The one I talked to from the beginning seemed to know exactly what I was talking about and got the order in right away. It is what happened to it afterwards that nobody there seemed to have a clue about. They could all see the order, but had no explanation for why there had been no action on it. They told me to give it a week

We shall see :)

It took a while to get mine and was helped by a member posting the bin and part number on here and then me kinda bombarding them with follow up emails then out of the blue I received a courier text message and it came in a ridiculous sized box compared to the skin caps size.

As said previously they should just post them to quicken up the process and keep logistic costs down or better still provide them in the box or provide them as a purchasable item.

:)

After I had a ray of success on the phone i received an email from them and from that point on I used that to communicate, it seemed to be the most reliable way of contacting them.

My request/order for s-pen nibs had been closed without notifying me and the Skin Caps request seems to be going around in circles, I have received a link twice now to ''Rate my Experience'' with them and I have both times rated them 0-1 on all accounts and put in the explanation why at the end....
.. Still no sign of anything LOL...
