At&t Note20 Ultra unlcoked on T-mobile help

I have my at&t note 20 ultra unlocked but have mt T-mobile sim and only internet works! Help. I cannot receive calls or texts- i pop ina Verizon sim and everything works. So I confirm its unlocked. Only with my tmobile sim. Tried apn settings and settings reset and factory reset.

Yes tried it in my girlfriends iPhone and instantly my texts started coming in.

Ok weird thing. I can callout.. and when I do, bars show up and 4g icon shows. Maybe something to do with 5g? How do I get off 5g? There's no option.

Yes. Clean imei always before buying. And like I said . Sprint and Verizon sim work but shows 4g. I think5g might be the issue here.

Go to settings>connection>network>network mode tap choose only lte/3g/2g

I uploaded a screen of that section, no option to change. And when I try the service menu, my carrier shows and I get bars. Wth is going on??

Ok i was able to change the band through an app from the playstore. Which setting should I set it at? Wcdma proffered seems to be working but rather have 5g working properly.
