Edge panels?

Every video I see about the Note 20 Ultra shows this really cool way to access various apps from the side edge of my phone.
I go into settings, display, edge...? All it shows is "edge lighting" which I don't care about but there's nothing about how to access apps from the edge of my phone.
Do what am I doing wrong this time?

Go to settings, display, and then scroll down to edge panels

Also I still can't post pics to show you what I mean because when I try to attach a pic the post icon disappears and says "details" instead.
I have no idea what is going on.

Oh boy. so until I can get the surgery I need I'll be dealing with lots of pain and medications.
Apparently "stoned off my socks" is a challenging condition to be in when navigating settings
