bubbles - does it ONLY work with samsung message or Google message ??

even though i have bubbles selected, hangout and textra do not work.

so i am curious if bubbles only work with certain apps.

Idk about Google messages but I know chat bubbles definitely don't work with textra.from what I read it only works for certain apps. I didn't see hangout textra,or Google messages on the list.

You have the option to use smart pop up view instead of bubbles and this allows you to choose which apps you want to notify you in a bubble.

Well now textra is working for me. There is an option in settings under the textra notifications where you can choose show as bubbles. Once you click that , there's an option for all,selected only, or none. I clicked all.

I just checked and Google Messages has the same options in settings.
