Great sound but poor call quality with Bluetooth headsets!?

I have all of the Samsung TWS headsets,incl Jaybird Vista,and Jabra 85t. I have a question for those that use tws' buds? I have used a broad range and the music sound quality is pretty much on par however people always complain about the call quality? I never seem to get complaints whilst using the Jabra 85t! Does anyone else notice this as well with tws' buds? They are all paired with the Note 20 Ultra.

The Buds Pro with ANC is ace!
Messed up my 1st set by turning on manually before the last update was complete, I was impatient and didn't wait for it to turn on after the update by itself as that's part of the update process. It messed up the charging, connectivity, and got a weird wind howling sound. No way to reset and redo the update. Had to get a new pair.
